01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "php99" / "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the php99 online gaming platform under PAGCOR authorization.
• "Platform" means the php99 website accessible at php99.org, including all games, services, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder" means any individual who has registered a php99 account and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means the actual Philippine Peso funds deposited by a Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game available through the php99 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that licenses and regulates gaming activity in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• "PHT" means Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), the time zone governing all php99 operational matters including promotion periods and deadlines.

02 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account with php99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the php99 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game rules and promotional terms.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and php99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements.

2.3 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the php99 Platform.

2.4 php99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. See Section 17 for amendment procedures.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with php99 and to place any wager on the Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions. php99 employs strict age verification procedures and will suspend and terminate any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with all funds forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

3.2 Jurisdiction: The php99 Platform is operated and licensed for Philippine residents. By registering, you represent that access to and participation in online gaming is legal under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and php99 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

3.3 Single Account: You may hold only one (1) php99 Account. Multiple accounts per person, per household, per device, or per IP address are prohibited.

3.4 Employee Restriction: Current employees of php99, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, software providers, and the immediate family members of such employees are prohibited from holding a Player Account or placing wagers on the Platform.

3.5 Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from php99 or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator are prohibited from attempting to register or access the Platform.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 To create a php99 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for KYC verification.

4.2 php99 is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law to verify the identity of all Account Holders. You agree to submit, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents including but not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys Card
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine Passport
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

4.3 php99 may request additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds, or source of wealth at any time and in particular prior to processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts.

4.4 You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Notify php99 immediately of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.

4.5 php99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable period of request, or where provided documents are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent.

05 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your php99 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

5.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. php99 accounts are for the exclusive use of the registered Account Holder.

5.3 You agree to notify php99 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or email.

5.4 php99 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such breach is directly attributable to a failure of php99's security systems.

5.5 php99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time SMS code at login from unrecognized devices.

5.6 php99 employees will never ask you to provide your password. Any communication purporting to be from php99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

06 Deposits

6.1 All deposits to your php99 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from a payment account not belonging to the verified Account Holder — are strictly prohibited.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method, account tier, and verification status.

6.3 php99 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods:

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• BDO Unibank (online banking transfer)
• Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
• Metrobank
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ (over-the-counter)

6.4 php99 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge fees for outbound transfers, for which php99 accepts no responsibility.

6.5 php99 reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit that it reasonably suspects was made fraudulently, using stolen payment credentials, or in violation of these Terms.

6.6 Deposited funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be subject to a review period before withdrawal in accordance with php99's AML compliance procedures.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the php99 Account. php99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.2 Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process. Accounts with outstanding verification requirements may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

7.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day
• BDO, BPI, Metrobank bank transfer: 1–3 business hours during banking hours

7.4 php99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and may request additional supporting documentation before processing. This is a regulatory requirement and not a discretionary restriction.

7.5 Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where php99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7.6 php99 does not charge standard withdrawal fees. Processing fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Account Holder.

7.7 Any Bonus Balance that has not met its associated wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the Account balance prior to processing the withdrawal.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by php99 are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

8.2 Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a php99 Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

8.3 php99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. php99 also reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds where it determines that they were obtained through fraudulent or abusive conduct.

8.4 Multiple accounts or coordinated abuse of promotional offers will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and permanent Account suspension.

8.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Players who demonstrate bonus abuse patterns — including but not limited to wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to clear requirements, or using automated software to exploit promotional structures — will have their promotional privileges suspended.

09 Gaming Rules

9.1 Each game available on the php99 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

9.2 All live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of trained dealers on camera. All RNG (random number generator) game outcomes are determined by independently certified software. php99 does not influence the outcome of any game.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or game error that interrupts a game session, php99 will apply fair and reasonable resolution procedures. Bets that cannot be determined due to a technical error may be voided and stakes returned.

9.4 Should a game display an incorrect pay table or payout value due to a software error, the correct pay table as published in the game's official documentation shall apply. php99 is not bound to honour payouts resulting from manifest software errors.

9.5 php99 reserves the right to void any wager that it determines, at its sole discretion, was placed under circumstances constituting exploitation of a platform error, whether or not the error was known to the Player at the time.

9.6 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by account tier and game variant.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Creating more than one Account per person (multi-accounting)
• Using automated software, bots, AI, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee a risk-free return
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Transferring Account balances or winnings to third parties
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering under Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

10.2 php99 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial regulators in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the php99 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of php99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

11.3 The php99 name, logo, and related marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 php99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, php99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

12.2 php99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, third-party payment delays, or internet connectivity issues beyond php99's reasonable control.

12.3 php99's total liability to any Account Holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in the Account Holder's account at the time the claim arises.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits php99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Responsible Gaming

13.1 php99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

13.2 php99 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play durations
• Reality Checks: Timed notifications to remind you how long you have been playing
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporary account suspension periods

13.3 Once a self-exclusion is activated, php99 will take all reasonable technical steps to prevent access to your Account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the selected cooling-off period.

13.4 php99 complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming directives and cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming monitoring programmes.

14 Account Closure & Suspension

14.1 By the Player: You may request closure of your php99 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, net of any applicable Bonus Balance, will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method subject to standard KYC and AML verification.

14.2 By php99: php99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• php99 suspects or determines that the Account Holder has violated these Terms
• php99 is required to do so by PAGCOR direction, court order, or law enforcement request
• php99 determines that continued Account operation presents an unacceptable regulatory, legal, or reputational risk
• Verification documents have not been submitted within a required period
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

14.3 In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms, php99 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including Real Money Balance, where such balance is determined to have been derived from fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms.

14.4 Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule. php99 will notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

15 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

15.1 php99 is fully committed to compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended by Republic Act Nos. 9194, 10167, 10365, and 10927, and all related PAGCOR AML directives.

15.2 php99 maintains a comprehensive AML programme including customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk accounts, transaction monitoring, and suspicious transaction reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.

15.3 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your php99 Account are derived from legitimate, legal sources and do not constitute proceeds of any unlawful activity.

15.4 php99 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC. This reporting obligation exists independently of any obligation to inform you that a report has been made, and php99 is legally prohibited from disclosing to you or any third party that a suspicious transaction report has been filed.

15.5 Cooperation with php99's AML verification requests is a condition of Account maintenance. Failure to provide required documentation may result in Account restriction and withholding of withdrawals pending regulatory guidance.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to php99's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints procedure.

16.3 If a dispute is not resolved through internal procedures within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable rules and regulations.

16.4 Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

16.5 You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against php99.

17 Amendments to These Terms

17.1 php99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform features, or operational policies.

17.2 Where an amendment is material, php99 will notify registered Account Holders via the contact details on file (email or SMS) and by publishing a notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

17.3 Your continued use of the php99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

17.4 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at php99.org/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version in force.
